Q. How do I report a claim?
A. Look on the back of your Auto ID card for the direct report phone number, or call your agency.

Q. Can I report a claim on the Hanson & Ryan website?
A. Yes. You can do so by using our Claim Starter.

Q. What information do I need to report my claim?
A. The date of the accident; a description of the accident; a description of the injuries; the year, make and model of each vehicle involved in the accident; a description of the damage to each vehicle; the name and phone number of any witnesses; and a police report (if one has been filed).
